The official rules of the BriYoshPROPS giveaway. Taking part is free and no purchase is necessary.
This giveaway is organized by BriYoshPROPS, a sole proprietorship (entrepreneur individuel) registered in France.
Taking part is free. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or to win, and buying something does not give any advantage or extra ticket.
The giveaway runs between the start and end dates and times shown on the giveaway page (Paris time). Entries and missions done outside this period are not counted.
Some missions happen on other websites or apps (for example following an account). They cannot be checked automatically, so the tickets are given on trust. The organizer can check by hand and remove tickets that were not earned fairly.
The prize is the one shown on the giveaway page. It cannot be exchanged for cash or for another item. If the prize is a made-to-order piece, the winner chooses the size and options within the limits explained by the organizer, and the production time of the shop applies. Shipping to the winner is paid by the organizer.
After the end date, one winner is drawn at random among all valid entries. Each ticket is one chance, so a person with more tickets has more chances to win. The draw is made by the organizer, with a tool that picks a ticket at random.
The winner is told by email, at the address of their account, and may be announced on the giveaway page with a first name and the first letter of the last name. If the winner does not answer within 7 days, or does not respect these rules, a new winner is drawn.
The data used for the giveaway is the email address of your account, your name if you gave it, and the tickets you earned. It is used only to run the giveaway, to contact the winner and to send the prize. It is not sold. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to Email: contact@briyoshprops.com. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Instagram, TikTok or any other social network, and it is not linked to them. The information you give is given to BriYoshPROPS, not to them.
The organizer can shorten, extend, change or cancel the giveaway if something outside its control stops it from running normally (for example a technical problem or a case of cheating). The organizer is not responsible for connection problems that prevent someone from taking part.
On written request, the organizer refunds the basic internet connection cost of taking part (one request per person).
These rules are free to read on this page and can be sent by email on request. Taking part means you accept them. French law applies. If we cannot solve a problem together, see the consumer mediator named in our legal notice, or the courts of Paris.
