This policy explains what personal data BriYoshPROPS collects when you visit our website or place an order, why we collect it, and what your rights are.

Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

  • Your name, email address, phone number and delivery and billing addresses, when you place an order or create an account.
  • Your order details (products, options, amounts).
  • The messages you send us through the contact form, by email or on social media.
  • Your reviews, if you write one.
  • Technical data (such as your IP address, device and pages visited) and cookies, collected by our website and by Shopify.

We never see or store your full card number: payments are handled by Shopify and its payment providers.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

  • To process, make, ship and follow your order, and to handle returns and claims (performance of the contract).
  • To answer your messages (our legitimate interest, or your request).
  • To keep our accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
  • To prevent fraud and keep the website safe (legitimate interest).
  • To show your reviews, if you wrote one (your consent).

We do not sell your data.

Who receives it

  • Shopify, which hosts our website and runs the checkout.
  • Payment providers, to process your payment.
  • Carriers, to deliver your parcel.
  • Our review tool (Judge.me), if you write a review.
  • Our email provider, to read and answer your messages.

These companies only receive what they need for their task. Some of them are located outside the European Union (for example in Canada or the United States). In that case, the transfer is covered by safeguards such as the European Commission's adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Order and invoice data: 10 years, as required by French accounting law.
  • Customer account: until you ask us to delete it.
  • Messages to our support: for as long as needed to handle your request, and up to 3 years afterwards.
  • Reviews: until you ask us to remove yours.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work (cart, checkout, language, security). Other cookies, if any, such as audience measurement, are only set with your consent, and you can change your choice at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and you can object to its use. To exercise these rights, write to contact@briyoshprops.com. We may ask you to prove your identity. You also have the right to file a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
