Refund policy

This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order, return an item and get a refund from BriYoshPROPS. It follows our Terms and Conditions, which you can read on our website.
Cancelling an order
You can ask us to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, as long as we have not started making it. In that case you are refunded in full, to the payment method you used. Once we have started making your order, it can no longer be cancelled.
Faceshells: made for you, no returns
Faceshells are made to the size and options you choose. Under French law (article L221-28 of the Consumer Code) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. A faceshell can therefore not be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind. If a faceshell arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, you are covered: see "Faulty, damaged or wrong items" below.
Other products (for example webshooters): 14-day returns
If an item is not personalised, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
- Write to us first, at the email address below, to tell us you want to return the item.
- Send the item back unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- The cost of the return shipping is yours, unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.
- Once we have received and checked the item, we refund you within 14 days, to the payment method you used.
Original shipping fees, and customs duties or import taxes you paid in your country, are not refunded, except when the return is due to a mistake or a defect on our side.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, write to us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos or a short video. We will offer a fair solution: a repair, a remake, a replacement or a refund. This time frame helps us act quickly and does not take away your legal rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).
